Sincerus pilot paves the way for funded Business Connect program with Muswellbrook Chamber!

Thrilled to announce the commencement of the 2020 Muswellbrook Business Chamber Business Connect Forums!

The forums were born from a pilot program Sincerus Mindset Coaching ran with the invaluable support of Wayne Toms (Muswellbrook Chamber) and some amazing early adaptors Kristian Bischoff (CEO, Firestorm Group), Kristy Hedley (MD, Hedweld Group of Companies), Genelle Scotts, Phil Hollway, Beth Vietel & Scott Batey of Bengalla, Leah Scheepers and Kim Carlson from BHP who generously gave their time every couple of weeks to come together and support each other through the peak of Covid19.  The pilot program, affectionately named ColabC19 was a true collaboration of businesses facing similar challenges with Covid19, who came together and shared information, policies, procedures and ideas to help with the uncertainty and anxiety created at the time.

From this pilot program, various initiatives and solutions were identified including Black Dog Institute FREE Mental Health for Managers program – where around 60 enrolments from the Singleton & Muswellbrook areas were secured.  The ColabC19 project also paved the way for successful funding from Local Buying Foundation to fund Muswellbrook Chamber of Commerce’s 2020 Business Connect Forums and already we have kicked off four groups of amazing local businesses who are full of spirit, intention and drive.

It’s such a great experience being part of a program and a business community that is committed to leaning in and supporting each other to refocus, repair and rebuild after the droughts, bushfires and impacts of Covid19.

If you would like to get involved contact Wayne Toms on info@muswellbrookchamber.org or Tabatha from Sincerus on tabatha.kattau@sincerusgroup.com.

Genuine, truthful, candid, sincere.
